What Participants Walk Away With At The End

-
A Validated Problem: Evidence that the problem is real and meaningful, supported by customer conversations, observations, or early feedback confirming that it is worth solving.
-
A Clearly Defined User & Market: A well-defined target audience, including who the primary users are, the context in which they experience the problem, and the market opportunity the solution addresses.
-
A Vibe Coded MVP Prototype: A functional prototype created using AI-assisted development tools that demonstrates the core concept and can be tested with real users for early feedback.
-
A Coherent Product Story and Pitch: A clear and compelling explanation of the problem, solution, target users, and value proposition that can be confidently communicated to customers, partners, or investors.
-
A Next-Step Roadmap For The Accelerator (build, raise, or pilot): A structured plan outlining the most important next steps for advancing the product, whether through further development, customer pilots, fundraising, or entering the next accelerator stage.

“I really enjoyed participating in the Discovery XI program. It helped me focus on one concept, clarify the problem I was solving, better understand the user, and turn the idea into clear product requirements. Learning how to build a PRD and use it to vibe code an MVP was incredibly valuable because it helped me move from an idea to something tangible in just four weeks. What started as a digital solution for my own company became something much bigger through the program. Discovery XI helped me recognize a broader opportunity that I now want to continue pursuing. The program is intense and fast-paced, but the structure works because it happens in such a supportive environment. Being part of a cohort made the process feel less isolating, and getting feedback from founders, business owners, and the Exponential community helped me refine the MVP, practice my pitch, and understand my next steps. Overall, I loved the people, the instruction, and the energy of the program. Stephanie was an incredible instructor, and it was motivating to be surrounded by people who genuinely wanted to help each other succeed. It also connected me to a larger startup and business network in Colorado Springs, which I’m excited to continue being part of.”
